Why does prolonged use of NSAIDs increase risk of GI ulcers?
A
Due to depletion of mucosal prostaglandin, predisposing to mucosal injury.

How does MDMA cause toxicity?
A
Primarily serotonin release and activation of SNS. Also causes SIADH and resultant hyponatraemia.
