How do you check if chicken is cooked?

Pull apart a section and look at the colour. If it has turned from pink to white it is cooked.

Why is stir-frying a good method of cooking?

It cooks vegetables at a short high heat, conserving the vitamin C inside.
The short cooking time reduces the amount of Vitamin C destroyed.
The liquid sauce is eaten with the vegetables, so any vitamin C absorbed in the liquid will be eaten.

What method do you use to make cakes and buns?

To make buns and cakes you use the Creaming Method: Mixing fat and sugar together until soft and creamy.

What is butter high in?

It is high in cholesterol and saturated fat.

What margarine did we use in our buns?

Flora margarine- because it is softer and will cream easier. It also lower in saturated fat.
