assessing & treating swallowing & upper aerodigestive disorders,
developing & implementing augmentative & alternative forms of communication & prescribing AAC devices & systems,
screening hearing & offering auditory training & speech-language services to the deaf & hard of hearing,
using instruments to observe, collect, & analyze data relative to communication & swallowing functions

(individualized family service plans)

childs present level of development,
familys needs & strengths relating to childs development,
major goals for the child & family
& services to be provided,
review of the plan at 6 mo intervals
or more frequently if needed
