- no person shall use the title “Xray Technologist” without being issued a certificate by the Commission

Duties & functions of the Boards
a) enforce the provision of this Act
b) administer oaths
c) issue, suspend, revoke certificates
d) investigate any violation
issue subpoena
e) conduct yearly board examination
f) look into the condition affecting the practice of radiologic technology and xray technology
g) promulgate such rules
h) adopt a seal to authenticate official documents
