Outline 3 pros & cons of internal recruitment
PROS:
1. Motivate internal employees
2. Induction shorter - familiar with business
3. Less $
CONS:
1. Prejudice/jealousy between internal candidates
2. External experience lost
3. Original role must now be fulfilled
