When is a person unavailable for court and hearsay evidence is available instead?
D - Dead
U - Unfit due to age/physical or mental condition.
N - Not compellable

When is hearsay evidence admissible in court?
When the circumstances include: C - Contents of the statement. H - How the statement was taken. A - Accuracy of the statement. N - Nature of the statement. T - Truthfulness of the statement maker.

Identification of an individual.
Mental of physical condition of themselves.
