What is Sensation?
Process of physical stimulus.
What is Perception?
How you can view the world in a meanful way.
What is Transduction?
The transfer of physical energy into neural energy that can be processed by the nervous system.

Smallest strength of a simuli. can be detected half the time.

Just a small noticable difference. Can be detected between 2 stimuli in 1/2 the time.
