In analyzing and practicing Qi Gong, I’m learning that I can largely influence and regulate my health, emotions, psychological states, stress, reactivity, mood, personality and energy levels. Most importantly it’s teaching me to live in the moment, and to enjoy the now without the worry of tomorrow.
