A

Extrapolate the standard 5L for a 70kg man to get total blood

Use the fraction of Hb they lost to determine the fraction of total blood lost

A

MAP=TPR*CO

CO = SV*HR

TPR determined by innervation, regulators and blood viscocity
SV determined by contractility+pre/afterload
HR is determined by neural and endocrine factors
