When ready to pressurise hydraulics:

When cleared to push back:

when ready to start engines:
Are we clear to start engines?
When brakes are to be set and released:
Brakes released (note time and fuel) Brakes set to park
When push back is complete, what do you say to ground crew?
Clear to disconnect - awaiting visual clearance
What is the call for excessive sink rate and when is it used?
SINK RATE - ROD more than 1,000 fpm below 500R
When PFD indicates localiser or GS movement:
Localiser alive
Glideslope alive
On an ILS, final approach or equivalent briefed position fix inbound:
Glidepath checked
MSA calls
PF - Clearance above/below MSA
PM - MSA of XXX ft
(PM must justify decision to continue flight if below MSA)
Baro Check
QNH XXX set
NB: positive statement required to ensure position relative to terrain and the approach in use are as expected
Non ILS approach - FAF inbound
VOR/NDB/FIX, profile checked
