A

At HS2 I ensured that I delivered my work in line with the client’s expectations. This was performed through frequent dialogue and sharing of draft documentation to obtain feedback. Furthermore, I ensured that I performed my services in line with the KPI targets which were set with the client.

At HAL when I was requested to perform commercial management services of design contracts related to the organisation I worked for. I advised the client that this was a conflict of interest and I would not be able to perform this task, and suggested an alternative solution.

COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION - How did you use categorised cost data and graphical visualisations at HS2 to support your tasks?

A

At HS2 I used categorised cost data and graphical visuals to convey Value Engineering options to the client. This was captured under a report and then presented in a meeting where I explained the contents of the report, took questions and answered them. I then held in depth discussions of certain VE options with the client for them to take further with contractors.
