History dependant in clinic

Bilateral
Tight and non pulsatile (Chronic)
Tender Scalp
Can cause pressure behind the eyes
Neck and traps radiation

How would you manage a Tension headache
A
Aspirin/Paracetemol/Ibuprofen
Avoid Opiods and limit Analgesics
