Amendment I

-Congress can't make laws restricting religion/prohibiting
-No laws on freedom of speech, press, assembly, petition gov't.

-Military, right to bear arms

-No soldier can be quartered in a house without owner's consent

-No search and seizure without warrant
-With warrant, must be from legit reason
-Exclusionary rule

-Criminal and civil legal proceedings
-Capital crimes presented to grand jury, no double jeopardy, no self-incrimination, due process
-Just compensation

Amendment VI

-Criminal defendants
-Right to public trial by impartial jury/due process, right to lawyer, right to know accuses

Amendment VII

-No excessive bail, cruel/unusual punishment

Amendment IX

-No discrimination; rights for all!
-Ensures protection against government (not all rights strictly defined)

Amendment X

-Powers not given to US by Constitution are reserved for states and people
