Cuboid : most lateral bone in distal row, has groove for fibularis longus muscle

  • *Navicular**
  • *Talus** : ankle bone, trochlea of talus bears weight of body, articulates with two malleoli. Has body, head and neck

Calcaneus : heel bone, largest and strongest bone of foot. Calcaneus tuberosity has medial and lateral processes.
