What is Circadian Rythm?
A biological clock that regulates bodyily rythms on a 24-hour sleep/wake cycle
Explain how does the circadian rhythm start?
Light comes into your sleeping environment, inside hypothalamus, causes our pineal gland to decrease production of melatonin
Explain younger, and older people’s effect on their circadian rhythm?
- Younger people tend to stay up and wake up late
- Older people tend to go to bed and wake up early

It is different levels of awareness of ones thoughts, feelings, memories and the external world
