In the sympathetic, what happens when you are competitively challenged in each structure ?

A

-pupils dialate
-relaxed airways
-increase HR
-stimulate sweat production
-stimulate glucose production and release
-reduce digestion
-reduces bile production

Q

Explain formation of neural tube

A

Sheet of endothelial cells
At early embryo, this sheet folds over to form the NEURAL TUBE
swelling and outpouchings develop
Neural tube down the back of embryo becomes the spinal cord
Cavities within the neural tube develop and become ventricles filled with CSF (cerebral spinal fluid)

Q

What causes the neural tube to bend or flex

A

Flex urges form in the embryonic neural tube that develops into th r Brain
The space into which the cranial part of neural tube is developing is limited which causes the neural tube to bend or flex
