Physical, mental, and social well-being, not just the absence of illness.

Define Strength

the ability to over come a resistance. this may be explosive, static or dynamic.

What are the different types of strength and explain them.

Explosive - rapid contraction of muscle fibre to achieve maximum generation of force.
Dynamic - the repeated contraction and relaxation of of a muscle/muscle groups.
Static - maintaining a state of contraction or tension.

Define Co-ordination

a balanced and effective interaction of movements or body actions.

Define reaction time

The time taken from the start of the stimuli to the start of the response.

How do health and fitness relate?

If a player is healthy they can train more and gain fitness. If they are ill they aren't healthy, but may still be able to train and gain fitness.
