5. Estimate activity resources - Use resource management plan & scope baseline and other relevant project documents to figure out what skills & Knowledge needed for project together with team member.
6. Be Awesome - provide team with authority & resources required for them to do their job.
7. Program Increment planning: F2F collocated to align the team around the work ahead - create the sense of shared responsibility - cohesive and high performing team.
8. Expert Judgement - i should be well versed in organizational and motivational theories. Proven strategies to assemble team.
9. Performance appraisals at early stage in the project to plan for upskilling the team.
