Fitness to practice procedure

A
  • Concern Received - could turn into an investigation
  • Initial Inquires and Investigation - Visiting the site, pharmacy professional involved and identifying any
    witnesses complete in three to nine months
  • Investigating Committee - a chair or deputy chair, two pharmacy professional members anda lay member.
  • Fitness to practise committee - hearing in public.
