Hydrocortisone Dosing?

Answer 1

1/2 fingertip unit sufficient to cover the area of an adalt palm.
Apply 1–2 times daily for 7 days.
Apply to affected areas only
Prolonged or frequent use should be avoided ( if more than 2 weeks or more than once or twice daily) should be monitored by doctor.
Contact your doctor if you experience any changes in your vision, including blurred vision.
Note:Fingertip:distance between (tip to first crease) of an adult’s index finger.

Adults and children above 2 years of age only
Apply to affected area not more than 3 – 4 times daily.
Reduce the number of applications as symptoms subside.
Do not use on acne
Do not use in the eye

Short term use is safe, Hydrocortisone is the weakest steroid topical application.
