How can slow weight loss contribute to ineffective weight loss and diet ?

A

In my own experience of having 400 calories in 5 days with two refeed, I have even gain weight because of my frustration, while it is correct, slow weight loss can easily gives you the plateau and even no results, which provide frustration, and this can leads to binge eating which contributed to bad mood and weight gain.

Therefore the effective approach is to hold the 15 percent of total weeks deficit which means 600 deficit in 5 days or like 贾玲,500(700 5 days period) (which is the recommended amount for effective weight loss like in google.
