What is the order cascade of IP signaling?

A

GPCR activates Gq subunit, GDP to GTP, then the two subunits dissociate and activate phospholipase C-Beta, then activated dissociated subunits split IP2 into DAG and IP3, then IP3 binds to calcium channel on ER membrane, opening and releasing calcium into the cytosol, then the increased CA2+ conc. causes PKC binds to DAG activating PKC to phosphorolate target protein (ATP to ADP)
