A
  • increase of cup size (atrophy of nerve fibres on disc rim)
  • asymmetrical cupping
  • notching of the rim
  • haemorrhage
  • vertical cup elongation
  • vessels may be nasally displaced, bayonetted (appear from nowhere/disappear into disc)
