This was her XX pregnancy, which (any COMPLx). She is currently (brief assessment - eg BP, anaemia, uterine involution), is (bottle/breast) feeding and plans to use XX as contraception. Her risk of VTE is XX and so fragmin prophylaxis is (not) required
