A

TV absent/abnormally developed, bl fl blocked from RA > RV
Must have ASD and VSD to survive
a PDA - allow greater pulm flow

A

PV failure
completely blocks outflow from heart to lungs
np in utero
PDA only only supplying lungs when born

The baby > blue rapidly > quick diagnosis
