Cutaneolinfatica:

A

Pápula, nodulo/goma -> ulcera -> novos nodulos/gomas ao longo de um ou mais trajetos linfáticos ate a cadeia ganglionar regional.

*Geralmente em mmss em adultos e face em crianças

Tratamento:

A
  • Iodeto de potássio 2-4g/dia (20-30gts 3x/dia) —> Fluconazol 400mg/dia por 3-6m —> Anfotericina B ou Terbinafina
  • Itraconazol 100-400mg/dia
