A

Eritema vivo e intenso, edema doloroso com bordas bem delimitadas —> bolhas —> necrose —> ulceração

Alem de febre, linfangite e linfadenopatia regional aguda

A

Repouso c/ mmii elev., compressas frias e *Penicilina procaína 400.000-600.000U IM 12/12h —> Penicilina cristalina 3.000.000U EV 4/4h

*Amoxicilina+Clavulanato ou Ampicilina
