1st - skin,mucous membranes, secretions (tear/saliva/mucous)
2nd - inflammation and phagocytosis

Bone marrow (all lymphocytes made here, B cells mature here) Thymus (T cells mature here)
What are the secondary lymphoid organs? What happens here?
