* Writing Within 7 Calendar Days to BAGC

* BAGC 30 Calendar Days to Detetermine if Grievance Exists Within the Terms and Conditions of Agreement

* If Grievance Does Exists, BAGC Sends Grievance In Writing Within 5 Calendar Days to Fire Chief

* Fire Chief Submit Answer to Employee and BAGC Within 7 Calendar Days

• Step III

* Bargaining Agent Send Grievance to Personal Director or Designee Within 7 Calendar Days for Review or Possible Resolutuon

* Mediator in Writing to Parties Within 10 Days of the Conclusion of the Hearing

* Grievance Unresolved, Within 7 Calendar Days of Receipt of Mediators Findings or Personnel Directors Decision, Proceed to Step IV

* Grievance Submitted to City Manager Within 7 Calendar Days

* City Manager Submit Answer to Fire Chief, Employee and BAGC Within 10 Calender Days

* Bargaining Agent has 20 Calendar Days to Submit Grievance to Arbritration for Adjustments

* Within 7 Calendar Days BA and Employer Attempt to Agree Upon an Arbitrator

* No Agreement of an Arbitrator Within 10 Calendar Days. BA and Employer Request Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service Provide List of Five Arbitrators.

* Within 7 Calendar Days After Receipt of List Parties Strike One Name From the List. Employer Makes First Strike.

* Arbitrator Calls a Hearing to be Held Within 20 Calendar Days After Date of Appointment.

* Arbitrator Gives a 7 Calendar Day Notice in Writing to BA and Employer of Time and Place of Hearing

* Hearing Conducted by Arbitrator Be Concluded Within 10 Calendar Days From Time of Commencement.

* Arbitrator issue Written Opinion Containing Findings and Recommandations Within 20 Calendar Days After the Hearing.
