If batteries are below 25.5 then:
Bat 1&2 auto and wait for 20 minutes. After this time we turn them off and on again, checking they hold a charge over 25.5 when theyre off. The logic of this is that you might need them to start the APU in flight, or keep systems running in the air.

APU start should ideally be delayed until shortly before engine start, unless you need it for air conditioning or water heating.
