Describe the properties of herbs that dispel wind damp and strenthen tendon and bone?

Bitter - drain dampness

Sweet - tonify deficiency

Warm - tonify deficiency

Channels: Enter liver and kidney meridians.

Properties are to reduce excess of wind damp but also tonify deficiency, esp. kidney and liver deficiency, strengthen tendons and bones. 

Used for long term Bi syndrome with weakness of lumbar and knees, long term paralysis from stroke, chronic pain, arthritis.
