A

Potassium channel blocker
- prolong repolarisation by inhibiting K+ efflux > prolongs AP
- ‘resets SAN’

  • Lung fibrosis
  • heptatotoxic
  • optic neuritis (transient blindness)
  • thyroid toxicity
