binds to antithrombin 3 inactivating xa and ilia creating high ratio anti factor xa to IIa

A

blood studies, platelet count (thrombocytopenia), report bleeding
do not use if: pregnant, child, diabetes, renal disease, hemophilia

anti factor Xa activity, renal studies, bleeding, ecchymosis, black stools, petechiae. Use soft toothbrush from bleeding gums, report bleeding, not OTC products
