assess hypersensitivity/ infection

  • wash hands before and after, wash infected area and pat dry
  • no tampons or sex after vaginal med
  • for sup unwrap & use applicator to insert

A

buccal: 1 TAB 14 days
vulvovaginal candidiasis: 100mg Monistat 7 or 1 supp 100mg for 7 days or Monistat 3 200mg for 3 days, or 1200mg supp 1 day
tineas & yeast: TOP bid 2-4 weeks or TOP bid 2 weeks& apply sparingly
