- controle nachtelijke symptomen
- add on wnr andere GM onvoldoende doeltreffend zijn
- aanval (IV) als rest faalt
TDM!!!

- CZS: ^waakzaamheid, slapeloosheid, nervositas, tremor, verlagen convulsiedrempel
- GM-interacties: CYP-inhibitoren/-inductoren
