AE/SE

A

Fatigue, bradycardia, hypoglycemia, sexual dysfunction

Black box: Abrupt discontinuation can cause adverse cardiac effects (heart becomes adjusted to new rate/force)

Caution with non-selective meds with underlying pulm conditions (bronchoconstriction)
