Levo - increases DA synthesis in the brain
Carbi - Prevents breakdown of levo before it reaches the brain
Enta - COMT inhibitor that prevents levo breakdown in peripheral tissues (reduces wearing off effect)

A
PD and parkinsonism

AE/SE
A
N/V (take with food to prevent), orthostatic hypotension, psychosis, dyskinesia
discoloration of urine/sweat (harmless)
activation of malignant hyperthermia
