What is the captain flow for the BEFORE START checklist?

- Seat Belt Signs (ON)

- FCP and FD ( Check FD can be displayed "HDG" mode, select XFR to PF side, verify indication on PFD, cancel FD on the PF side), (Altitude pre-select for departure), (Heading bug set for dep Rwy), (Speed bug set for 80 KTS)

- Altimeters (set CA side)

What is the CA flow for PUSH/START checklist?

- Beacon (ON)

- Hydraulic Pumps - Auto/On (pumps 1, 3B, 2 = Auto, 3A = On)

- Flight Deck Door - Closed and Secure

Parking Brake - Off

What is the AFTER START flow for CA?

- Generators
- Electrics
* checking to make sure no gens are offline, TRUS are powered, no caution messages, MAN TIE, CROSS TIE, ESS TIE open, DC page, electrical loads within range

What is the BEFORE TAKEOFF CA flow?

Lights

* Line up and wait all lights ON except landing lights
* Cleared for Takeoff all lights ON including landing lights

Lights

Parking Brake
*Gens Electrics
* Thrust Levers
Seat Belt Signs - off
Hydraulic 3A - off
Lights
- Turn off beacon light when last engine is shut down
