• hordeolum
• sebaceous carcinoma
• basal cell carcinoma

A
• hard lump under lids
• no redness

Symptoms
A
• no pain
• can blur vision if large

Pathogenesis
A
Chronic lipogranulomatous (small lump of fat) reaction to retained sebaceous secretions

Treatment
A
• warm compress
• corticosteroid injections if large / persistent
• surgery if necessary
