• preseptal cellulitis
• orbital cellulitis
• nasolacrimal duct obstruction without infection

• swollen nasal under lids
• pus / discharge

• painful

Pathogenesis
A
Nasolacrimal duct obstruction leads to stagnant fluid and secondary infection

Treatment
A
• warm compress
• incision and drainage if abscess forms
• DCR for recurrent cases
• oral antibiotics
