Advantage of written comms
- They provide written proof of a communication that can be used in the event of a dispute.
- Do not require person to be present at the time
- Convey any complex matter or information easily and more attractively.
- Could be serves as a legal document
In your experience what is a negotiation?
- Discussions held to reach compromise or agreement.
- Parties through an informal or formal negotiation process agree to settle a dispute.
