1. preceeding 24 months: flight review
2. to carry pax, must have made within preceeding 90 days:
   - 3 TO/L in same category/class/type.
   - If tailwheel L must be full stop in a TW airplane.
   - If operations between 1hr after sunset, 1hr before sunrise TO/L must be during that time too - full stop for night

Can be done in approved sim/training device

Second-in-command time logging

• is qualified in accordance with SIC requirements of 61.55 and occupies a crewmember station in an aircraft that requires more than one pilot by the aircraft’s type or certificate
• holds approperiate category, class, and instrument rating (if IR is required for the flight ) and more than one pilot is required
