Privlages & Limitations for PPL (61.113)

A
  1. No compensation or for hire as PIC
  2. Can PIC in connection w/ a business/employment if it is only incidental to said biz.
  3. Cannot pay less than prorated share of fuel, oil, airport expenss, rental fees
  4. Can PIC for charitable, nonprofit, or community event per 91.146 if sponsor/pilot comply with said reg
  5. May be reimbursed for fuel, rental, oil, airport exp. if used for search and location sponsored by state, local, or federal authorities
  6. May demonstrate airplane to buyer if PPL is salesmen with 200+ hrs logged
  7. PIC of glider two/unpowered ultralight per 61.69
  8. May PIC for production flight test in LSA
