Open and closed comedones with or without sparse inflammatory lesions.

A
MOD: Widespread non-inflammatory lesions and numerous papules and pustules.
SEV: Extensive inflammatory lesions, which may include nodules, pitting and scarring.

a 12 week course of topical combination therapy should be tried first line.
- Fixed combination of topical adapalene with topical Benzoyl peroxide.
