How is Osgood-Schlatter disease diagnosed?
A
Based on clinical features alone
- Pain usually unilateral
- Gradual in onset and initially mild and intermittent, may progress to become severe and continuous.
- Relieved by rest and made worse by kneeling and activity (running or Jumping)

Erythema nodosum (erythematous shin nodules)
