Earliest they can start program is 30 months prior to graduation Recruiter blueprint: If good, submit prescreen (SAT’s/ACT’s and transcripts) to NTO. If approved recruiter puts kit together with physical. If they get Pro-board, then the NTO will Schedule phone interview with them. If qualified then they will sent to interview in Washington DC. If they pass then they are interviewed by Nuclear Power Admiral and he or she will offer the applicant a contract. Only NUPOC that gets a bonus are Nuclear Power Surface and Nuclear Power Submarine
