- Popular vote
- Whatever party wins gets to send All of their state electors to the electoral college votes
- Must get 270 electoral votes to win presidency
- Electors meet in the state capitals
- Electoral votes casted are counted by the president of senate

What are the three flaws in the electoral college

- It is possible to win the popular vote but lose the electoral college vote
- Nothing requires the electors to vote for the candidate favored by the popular vote in their state
- If nobody wins (tie) the election is thrown in the house
