all non-T.S. related auto starts are disabled on pump (also all associated lights in CR extinguish)

take “local/ CR” to LOCAL

take “cutin/cutout” toggle switch to CUTIN

take “local/ CR” to CR

take “lockout relay” to RESET

(cutin/ cutout could be in any position)

Why are only half of the 480 v transfer relay toggle switches taken to cutin?
