P- patient details: name, DOB
Re- allergic reactions- check and ask, what happens
S- Signature (prescription not valid otherwise)
C- contraindication- use BNF
R- Route
I- indication + duration
B- blood clots- VTE risk assessment
E- anti-Emetics
R- pain Relief
