In general, a public or commercial premise should only be sealed if it had been previously vacated and is found to be open and operating on a second visit.
NOTE: This shall not apply to dwelling units or other spaces lawfully used for residential purposes. Although Vacate Orders may be issued for residential premises, they shall not be ordered sealed or secured in the manner described in this section.
